@joanna And our government was defeated on one of the Brexit bill amendments tonight. It’s been a better day in politics than we’ve seen for a while.

@c There are some very odd sleep disorders out there.

@kdfrawg I’m pretty sure my uncle was feeding Bembo mince pies last Christmas. He went very quiet when he heard me telling someone that you aren’t supposed to give dogs anything with dried grapes. As Bembo’s still here, and my uncle isn’t, we’ll probably never know.
I do know that he consumed a lot of sausage rolls. Everyone at the party told me they’d just given him one or two, and at the end, my mother said, “The sausage rolls were very popular this year, there are none left!”

@hazardwarning There’s an appendix called “Twelve Tips for Healthy Sleep” that has the main points.

@kdfrawg My nephew’s dog ate a whole Christmas selection box. The vet asked what brand it was — Galaxy — “Oh, that’s ok, there’s no chocolate in those.”

There’s an app, but I don’t know how much it costs. It looks like a subscription, but they seem very coy about the actual price.
Did you buy the Matthew Walker book on sleep? The basics of these programmes are summarised in one of the appendices — what you get by signing up for the app is guidance in tailoring it to your situation and support in sticking to it. If you don’t have the book, I’ll PM you the appendix.
