There’s an app, but I don’t know how much it costs. It looks like a subscription, but they seem very coy about the actual price.
Did you buy the Matthew Walker book on sleep? The basics of these programmes are summarised in one of the appendices — what you get by signing up for the app is guidance in tailoring it to your situation and support in sticking to it. If you don’t have the book, I’ll PM you the appendix.
