@kdfrawg Looks like it.

@phoneboy It’s a pain having to flail around each looking for our own best way through all the misinformation.

@phoneboy Mr I does well with fasting. Eating once a day, or eating every other day. It’s not always easy to stick to it, but when he does, it works well for him.

@phoneboy When I did low carb, I still had weak muscles and the sensation of racing pulse after six months. I just don’t handle the slight extra adrenalin at all well. Moderate approaches really suit me, but then you really have to stick to them, because they’re so gradual that it takes forever to undo the effects of any deviation.

@kdfrawg Fasting doesn’t really work for me because it’s mildly stressful and leaves me too fragile to deal with plumbers and the other minor stresses of life. Same with keto carb levels. Moderate low carb, with three small meals a day works, but in some ways is harder to stick to than strict rules, and it doesn’t progress fast enough to make it at all forgiving of any indulgences.

@kdfrawg I need to do the same (ie stick to something that works). Too many of my trousers are getting tighter than they should be.

@kdfrawg I use Startupizer, so I didn’t have that exact problem, because that was one of the apps that remembered what it was supposed to be doing. Quite a few apps did lose their settings though — but I never actually reached High Sierra.

@kdfrawg Anyway, my discomfort is currently hopping between knee and pelvis, so I’m pretty sure the problem is vertebral
