@matigo We have a large joint music collection, but I’ve always been more inclined to have a much smaller collection and listen to the same things over and over again, so I don’t need to store a vast amount on any of my devices, and I usually listen by calling up one of a small set of playlists through Launcher.
@matigo I’m sure she’ll adjust. Next challenge will be to make sure he doesn’t persecute her when he starts becoming mobile!
@matigo Ah. I don’t have that. I couldn’t ever see the point in paying for music I already have, and I don’t see how streaming works — It’s not necessary at home when the music is stored locally, and when I’m out I’m lucky if there’s a good enough signal to pick up emails. The idea that you could stream music in the wild seems delusional. It’s probably different if you live in California.
@matigo I probably listen to less than you, and most often use either our music server or Clementine. I don’t really do podcasts, but for the odd one I use Downcast, so I rarely interact with Apple’s music apps.
@matigo I think that’s not uncommon. Hard to make sure she gets as much attention as usual when someone else is demanding it all!
