Just as well! There’s way more than two of us can eat at one meal. We’ll be getting quite a few more dinners from it.

It’s spring lamb. As a general thing, I think the late summer lamb is best, because it has more flavour, but once in a while it’s nice to have the new season’s tender lamb when it shows up.
