Sleep well!

Our Monday tea was leftover meat (usually roast beef) and fried up leftover vegetables from Sunday dinner.

@kdfrawg Yes, it’s very satisfying. There was an article in the Guardian about getting a series of meals from a chicken. I keep meaning to look more closely at it to see if there are any good tips.

I think it’s more common over here. I really like it, though roasting a leg isn’t something we do often.
