Cast aluminium. I’m not sure how the performance compares to cast iron, but it was easier to find — and easier to pick up.

@kdfrawg Luckily it’s not a serious adverse reaction, or strong aversion to eggs in any form, so I don’t have to spend my life reading the small print. It still rules out lots of things that look yummy. :(
