@ukhaiku People keep asking if Bembo is a SWD or a Puli, which is weird considering you couldn’t swing a cat round here without hitting half a dozen cockapoos, whereas I only know of one each of the others.

@matigo I thought you meant deliberately installing Linux as an OS. On that basis, would you call MacOS Unix?

@matigo I strongly suspect that the computers running on Linux set your home apart from others more than the crying children. (We happily have neither here.)

@literary A hot bath or shower helps — warming the surface of your body causes the blood vessels in your skin to dilate, so your core temperature drops and you fall asleep faster. I don’t know if a hot drink would do the same.

@phoneboy My family didn’t all think it was a good thing to do when Mr I was eating every other day. Luckily, it’s ok to ignore the views of the wider family. Spousal views need to be handled more carefully. ;)
