@kdfrawg Especially when there are hairy dogs bouncing around.

//

@kdfrawg Possibly, though I haven’t seen any.

//

@kdfrawg The grass wouldn’t have died if it hadn’t been covered in dead leaves for weeks. But the leaves are pretty and give the place a nice autumnal look. And children and dogs like to play in them.

//

@kdfrawg That’s our official household view, but my mother might want to hang onto tradition.

//

@kdfrawg Well, to be fair, the leaves are turning into a mushy mess with all the wet weather. At least they leave most of them there till the trees are more or less bare. They just keep the footpaths clear.

//

@kdfrawg I did a goose twice. Once in North Carolina, and once over here, but I wasn’t all that keen. If we’re at home, we’ll probably go for something like mushroom ravioli. If we end up at my parents’, there might still only be three of us, so we’d either go with chicken, or see if my mother could be persuaded to break with convention.

//

@kdfrawg The park keepers have started clearing the leaves away. B is not pleased!

//

@kdfrawg Unfortunately, I’ve just eaten, so I can’t really appreciate another meal just now.

That doesn’t sound like too much of a hardship.

//

What are you having instead?
