Oh. We’ve moved.

Taking it very gradually sounds sensible!

My shoulder is more achy than painful most of the time — but it gets very painful very quickly if I try to move it slightly beyond the range it can manage (which is quite a lot less than usual). It’s one of those things that takes ages to get better. Months if you’re lucky, years if you’re not. I’m off on a yoga weekend tomorrow, so that should be interesting!

Oh gosh, I’ve just seen this. Good luck with the recovery!

I’ve got a frozen shoulder at the moment, so I’m being mauled by physios too.

1998, so just over 20 years.

I’m still wearing a flannel shirt, gilet, and a coat when I go outside. I dropped the hat and gloves though.

We should be seeing that soon.

Apparently it’s the first time temperatures over 20 have been recorded here in the winter.

Oh no, poor chap!

I must I’d rather avoid them too, but my mother likes them, and so does my brother.

Yes. She has a new great grandson. I imagine she’ll have been to see him over the weekend.
