My shoulder is more achy than painful most of the time — but it gets very painful very quickly if I try to move it slightly beyond the range it can manage (which is quite a lot less than usual). It’s one of those things that takes ages to get better. Months if you’re lucky, years if you’re not. I’m off on a yoga weekend tomorrow, so that should be interesting!

I’ve got a frozen shoulder at the moment, so I’m being mauled by physios too.

@variablepulserate I’m still wearing a flannel shirt, gilet, and a coat when I go outside. I dropped the hat and gloves though.
