@hazardwarning It could be once or twice a month, so there are some quiet days too! Our park is lovely at the moment, but in the summer you can’t move for picnics.
@hazardwarning What a pain. Maybe they’ll get bored and give up after a couple of weeks!
@hazardwarning We’ve done really well this autumn. And someone just loves chasing the leaves.
@JeremyCherfas That’s the problem. Still, I suppose the Chinese get their cut from my Apple toys. The best idea would be to stop buying stuff.

@JeremyCherfas She’s been there for ages. I was more interested in giving as little of my money as is feasible to America.

@hazardwarning I switched my 1Password sync back and forwards between Dropbox & iCloud so many times trying to get it to work that I can’t remember where it ended up. I think it’s in Dropbox. Also my text notes are there. There’s a load of other stuff, but most of it could be moved.

@hazardwarning I don’t really want my home server accessible to the outside world, and in any case, most apps still wouldn’t talk to it. Even if I switch from Dropbox, it’s not really feasible to be doing anything techy without supporting Google, Apple, or Microsoft. Unless you have the skills and the desire to do a lot more of the work yourself, which I don’t.

@33mhz I need to look through my apps. I have a feeling some don’t offer connection to any cloud service but Dropbox.
1Writer has Dropbox, Evernote, CloudApp and Droplr, Editorial just has Dropbox. Byword has iCloud or Dropbox…
