@kdfrawg We’ve not had the freezer for very long, and it is pretty small, so we’re still working out the details. There’s a new stash of dog food turning up next week, so there won’t be space for a lot of ours!

@kdfrawg I like to soak the oats overnight in a little whey (drained from yoghurt), Then cook them in the morning with milk and a pinch of salt. Sometimes I add cream when I eat it, and usually a tiny bit of honey.

@kdfrawg They only have a couple of outside tables, so it doesn’t really affect their business. Only smokers and dog owners sit outside in the winter.

My father always wanted beef on Sunday, so we only had lamb as chops or something during the week. This one has been cooked in red wine with vegetables for a few hours.
