Talked to people and got squashed brains again.

When I stayed in a self-catering place in the US, I took my restaurant leftovers back with me and typically managed at least two more meals from each one.

@kdfrawg Me too, but it’s not on the cards in the near future. I might make it to France in the autumn though.

@kdfrawg It’s easier to eat low carb in Italian restaurants in Italy, than over here, because you can eat antipasti, then meat/fish & veg and just skip the pasta course. Over here pasta is the main course, so it’s much harder.

It’s been a bit crazy here too.

Also, it tastes horrible.
