I must admit to having flown rather more than seven times, even though I don’t think of myself as a great traveller.

@phoneboy I’ve read quite a lot about that recently. Very interesting stuff! I imagine it won’t quite live up to all the hype, but I still think there’s a lot to be learned. I wonder if the kinds of fibre we eat and that the bugs feed on isn’t at least as important as the relatively limited contribution a little yoghurt makes. Not that I’d knock yoghurt. I eat it fairly often.
