@height8 I don’t know about upgrading. Other equipment makes different styles of coffee, not necessarily better. The Aeropress is good, but I prefer to make espresso most of the time, so my most used coffee brewer is a La Pavoni machine. It costs a lot more than an Aeropress though. It makes better espresso than the vast majority of coffee shops.

@inflightcuisine Other meals haven’t been quite as bad as that. I don’t fly very often though.
@inflightcuisine I haven’t always had very good food. The all time worst was Aeroflot in 1991. They woke us up at 1am to make us eat old cucumber, dry bread, hard boiled egg (I hate eggs) and flat lemonade.
