@paulgit When I worked at a power station, the shift workers definitely found night shifts much harder when they were older (those were the days of early retirement, so “older” was still under 50).
@joanna It was very good, but I think I’ve not quite shaken off the bug I had — or I’ve found a new one, so I wasn’t feeling great & was exhausted afterwards. I’m still glad we did it.
@sumudu I find the horizontal scrolling doesn’t bother me on the Mac, but I don’t like it on iOS.

@sumudu If you use portrait format, or have a narrow column because you’re in split screen mode, the scrolling is vertical in the app.
