@kdfrawg I actually realised on Tuesday that the sausages I wanted to use weren’t going to arrive till today, so I minced some pork, seasoned it & left it in the fridge overnight for the flavours to integrate. This recipe calls for taking the skins off the sausages, and just crumbling the filling into the pan, so that worked fine.
