@kdfrawg …it’s bound to be abandoned next week?
// @hazardwarning @larand
@hazardwarning I used to use RSS only on my Mac, because Google was about the only sync option, so when they killed their service, I suddenly had the option to use it on my iPad too, without having to keep separate lists or mark everything as read on each device.
// @larand
@hazardwarning And Fiery Feeds at least can sign in. I haven’t looked at anything else. I don’t have a reason to switch from Feedbin at the moment.
// @larand
@larand It might just have been that there weren’t apps for it at the time and I didn’t want to use a web interface.
// @hazardwarning
@larand I tried a few when they started to appear. I didn’t care for Newsblur, but I can’t remember what the issue was.
// @hazardwarning
@hazardwarning I have Fiery Feeds and Reeder (because I was looking for something that would work on my phone) so I’ll just make more effort to get used to one of those when Mr Reader breaks. Should be safe till iOS 11, I imagine.
@jussipekonen I use Feedbin too. I looked at Feed.ly, but at that time you couldn’t sign in without a Google account.
