We have the same problem — a heating system (and leaky windows) that can’t really cope when the outside temperature is around freezing for any length of time.

@kdfrawg It’s about 60% in this room. We don’t have any room humidifiers, just the thing you put hot water in to breathe some water vapour if you have a cold.

I can’t remember the last time I had birthday cake. I did try a piece of carrot cake a few months ago, but it was boring, so I won’t bother with cake for a few more years, till I wonder again if I’m missing out on something. Maybe I’m a secret communist.
