@kdfrawg I think that part of the reason it seems that way to me is that I’m hanging around places where people mention them. A lot of the ones that are posted on Plurk wouldn’t otherwise have registered, because I have no clue who most of them are.

@jws Yes, that can make a big difference. I’m 5’ 2” but have quite a long body & short legs. At yoga events, I can sit on the floor next to someone 5’ 8” and our shoulders line up — but their feet are way further off than mine!

@hazardwarning It’s weird the things they do to car shapes. At one time in the 90s my company wanted us to use pool cars rather than pay us expenses for driving to meetings in our own cars, so I drove a few different models. There were some where my head was practically touching the windscreen. It felt really unsafe. My old mini, that I bought from my mother, was great. It was comfortable for me, at 5’ 2” and for my brother, at 6’ 3”.
