@kdfrawg And that wasn’t a weekend or holiday.

//

Yes, we have that problem too. And there’s a fair at the moment, which doesn’t help. Not a lot of scope for letting B off the lead with a picnic every three feet.

@kdfrawg That can happen to us too, but because Mr I’s work follows office patterns, he is quite keen on long weekends.

//

Yay! It’s nearly weekend here too, because we have a four day weekend for Easter!

@kdfrawg But then, when you look at the world, you wouldn’t necessarily want to sync with it.

The Monsooned Malabar is our standard house coffee, but my personal favourites are Ethiopian naturals. Mr I doesn’t like the farmyard notes though, so I just buy a little of those for times when I’m making coffee just for myself.

No, I get mine from Atkinson’s: https://www.thecoffeehopper.com I used to get it from Union Coffee Roasters, but they didn’t have any for ages, so I did quite a bit of shopping around, and some of them were much higher roasted than I like. The Atkinson’s one is just roasted to a nice rich brown.

We do that too. Cluster of holidays in April and May, one at the end of August, then nothing till Christmas.

Enjoy all your days off!

I do scribbling too. @kdfrawg

I hadn’t looked that far ahead, but actually we have quite a few four day weeks coming up too. Not consecutive weeks though. We get Friday and Monday for Easter, then a Monday at the start of May and one at the end.
