We bought one for them as well, that was lighter, so it was easier for my mother to fold up and put in and out of the car boot.
@hazardwarning My father had a walking frame with a seat on, so mostly he could push it around for some support, but he could also sit on it, and be pushed a little way. That worked well while he could still stand and walk a little.
@hazardwarning You’re still doing it. That’s pretty heroic! Do you need to arrange for some carers to come in and help him?
