@kdfrawg We haven’t done too badly this time. I phoned and left messages yesterday & both called back the same day. The builder turned up this morning to look at what we wanted him to do. The plumber said he’s working nearby & will drop in sometime in the next couple of days — he’ll phone first.
@kdfrawg Well, we survived the vet; the dishwasher seems to be working now; the builder called round; the plumber rang back & will call in later in the week; not much progress on nursing homes; no idea what we’re having for tea.
@matigo Yes, he’s running around on it with no problem and will let me handle it, but the vet said it would be a good idea to let them trim any mats out once the inflammation was cleared, so that’s what this is for. Hopefully I can stay on top of it after that and avoid it happening again.
She also mentioned when we went to get his paw looked at, that he has luxating patella/s (kneecaps that dislocate too easily) but I don’t think that’s bad enough to need any treatment at the moment. We’ll have to keep an eye on it. Maybe get him doing some exercises.
Just another day of plumbers, builders, nursing homes, vets and fixing the dishwasher.
@kdfrawg I think a lot of people do it for the pleasure of the activity at least as much as for the standard of the finished picture, so it depends whether you enjoy the digital one as much.
I don’t find doing digital art very satisfying, even if the finished picture looks better, so I’m stuck with washing paint brushes.
