@joanna I took that out of our bedroom window when we were there before. The wifi is useless, because the hotel consists of an assortment of stone buildings spread out around the cliffs.

@joanna It’s not flashy, but it’s nicely done and is right on the cliffs, so you get a good view. We stayed there for one night a few years ago.

@joanna Especially when it involves lunch and a day at the seaside!

@jextxadore I kept using it for the ad-blocker. Now I use it for sites that need cookies and Safari for more casual browsing.
@kdfrawg It is! Low season starts on 22 Oct and I’m going on 27th! That means I can stay at the snazzy hotel.

It’s odd. My posts go through on Cappuccino with no trouble at all when I’m on the MBP, but they often hang up or don’t send when I’m on iOS — and it seems to happen on different URLs. Maybe iCab gets clogged up after a while.
@kdfrawg I think you’re probably right. I could get the train to Collioure on Sunday evening after the course finishes, then come back to Narbonne on Monday night ready to head home on Monday morning. It would be hard to do the journey back direct from Collioure in a day, I think. More time would be nice, but when I have to get home so I can go to Venice the next weekend, I don’t imagine I’ll get a lot of sympathy for that. :)
I wonder if late October counts as low season…

@kdfrawg The yoga happens on Saturday and Sunday. I just need to decide if the seaside day is going to be Friday or Monday, then I can get it all booked.

@kdfrawg If I catch the 5:40 that gives me 2¼ hours to cross Paris and have lunch. Should be doable if the RER is even marginally functional. The Train Bleu is used to feeding people who have a train to catch & the trains for the south leave from right in front of it. This plan is coming together.

@c I’ve seen perfectly acceptable ones with peppers & aubergine too.
