@kdfrawg Seems to have a big art exhibition on for the Biennale, so they’re letting people in.

Ours is supposed to have a download speed of 80, I think. Yours looks very whizzy!

Better than mine’s managing at the moment! (Actually, better than mine ever is, but it’s particularly useless just now — slow when it works, and not working at all half the time.)

I’ve just found out that there’s still a Palazzo Bembo in Venice. That’s one of my outings sorted!

@kdfrawg Ugh. I saw a waistcoat I was interested in in the Orvis catalogue & wandered down to the shop to check what the colour looked like in the flesh. They didn’t have them, but said they could order one from America for me.

Oh well, they gave Bembo some treats, so he was happy.

In truth, I think it’s fairly borderline, but they didn’t follow their own procedures at all well, so we do have some room to argue. The main failing that might work for us is that they took no account at all of the fact that it’s an aggressively progressive disease, and their documents say they are supposed to consider how it’s likely to develop.

I really don’t expect that it’ll achieve anything, but I suppose you have to try.

@kdfrawg I suppose when they stop asking, it’s a sign that either the relationship, or one of the people has died.

@kdfrawg Well, the Bembo he was named after was a cardinal. After being the lover of Lucrezia Borgia.

@kdfrawg LOL
