They could, but I can’t say it’s something I care about all that much. In fact I find it a bit creepy when odd tech companies address me by my first name. After dealing with Apple support once I felt as if I’d been pawed by strangers. Yuck.

I wouldn’t do it that way on purpose. Anyway, unless I can persuade my MBP to start up, my days of all that might be done too. It seems to be very poorly.
