@kdfrawg In truth, there’s nothing new in the content, but I’ve forgotten most of it, so a refresher doesn’t hurt, and It gets me a few days down here and the tick in the box that I need.
There’s another retreat in the priory in the mountains next summer, that looks interesting. I just have to decide if I feel too old and tired to share rooms with strangers and stumble around dark passageways looking for a bathroom.

@kdfrawg Yes, also, it’s non-residential, in his own place, and most of the students are fairly local, so it’s lower key than ones where he’s had to make arrangements with a retreat centre &c. Anyway, it all went quite smoothly.
Off we go then — lets see if this course is actually happening. I emailed in June, the teacher said he’d booked me in, I said thanks. I haven’t heard since, so no particular reason to think It isn’t happening, just that there are usually joining instructions or something.
@joanna Pretty well. I’ve just arrived in the south of France for a yoga weekend. Mind you, I haven’t heard a peep since I booked it months ago, so I hope it’s still on.
