I made some flatbreads with meat on last night. A Paula Wolfert recipe. She says they roll them up to eat them, but mine came out quite crisp. What factors affect the floppiness of flatbread?
When does the new season olive oil become available? I want to buy some new olive oil, but at this time of year, it seems to make sense to hang on and increase the odds of getting the new stuff.
