@joanna Is it PSP that your friend has? Whatever the cause, it’s horrid to see. My father’s mental faculties have deteriorated, but it’s not that he doesn’t know what’s going on. He can’t process a lot of information and he tends to fixate on things. The main issues by far are the physical ones.
