@kdfrawg I’ve no idea how that would work. I probably spoke to the ward clerk. Maybe if you get to someone with more authority, they can make a note that they’re allowed to talk to you. All medical establishments seem to think patients and their families have nothing more to do with their time than to travel to & from appointments or wait around till someone can be bothered to talk to them. I suspect it’s a plot to give us all hypertension.
