@kdfrawg Apparently they’re the pens (or their successors) that were used in French schools, so a functional pen rather than anything specialist and arty, but presumably nostalgic for a certain group of French people.
We used dip pens at the primary school I attended when I was about ten, but I have no clue what brand they were, or what kind of nib they had. All I can remember was that there were inkwells in the desks and an ink monitor whose job it was to top them up. And that I arrived after all the others had learned lovely copperplate handwriting and never quite caught up.
