@kdfrawg What happens here is that I order it, then I get an email saying it’s out for delivery, usually less than ten minutes before they arrive, and while I’m out walking Bembo. Sometimes they just skip the attempt to deliver and go straight to sending a message saying that they tried, even when I was at home the whole time and know they didn't. It was way better when they ised Royal Mail.
