Hugs. I’m still trying to deal with the council who were “helping” fund his care. I told them to send their bill to the solitors, so they sent me a final demand. I rang them again and they said the final demand (dated 10 days after my original phone call) had already gone out when I rang. They then asked me if they had sent any other bills to the solicitors. How would I know? I just suggested that as he’s dead, they shouldn’t still be charging for his care. Just useless.
