@phoneboy Does LinkedIn hoover up all your address book when you join? I keep getting invitations & am not sure if it’s malware, or that the person it’s purporting to come gave them my details.
Of course, less time collecting and talking about kit, and more time using it would be an awful lot better. One pen and one bottle of ink that I use all the time would probably be more fulfilling.
I used to really resist using cartridges and always went for a filler and a bottle of ink, but since I started doing a bit of sketching while I’m out, I’m coming round to cartridges. A spare takes up hardly any room or weight, and it’s much less messy to change.
Hmmm. How many pots of ink will I need for three days at my parents? Better stick to one, I suppose. Maybe put a tube of gouache in the bag in case of emergency.
I really should start gathering together the things I want to take with me tomorrow. So hard to move…
