There used to be a stall that sold them at the farmers’ market, but they stopped coming, so I thought I’d have a go at making them myself. I could have asked them about the recipe, but I didn’t know they were leaving.

It’s curious that if you include cinnamon, there’s no egg in the dough, but if you don’t, there can be!

It’s curious that we seem to believe we are terribly advance when there are huge amounts about the way our own bodies work that we just don’t understand. I find all the recent research about the way we interact with bacteria really interesting!

Ah, that’s interesting. Do the cinnamon ones still have cardamom in the dough?

It’s awfully hard for post-menopausal women to build enough extra muscle weight to allow for cinnamon buns.

//

It’s not fair.

That seems to be the view from various studies. Exercise has various benefits, but doesn’t do much for weight.

//

Mine did the same. It was a bad idea.

I don’t think there’s much evidence that exercise helps with weight loss. I’ll just have to buy bigger clothes.

Thanks. I’ve seen some recipes with and some without. I might have to eat a lot of buns for research purposes.
