@kdfrawg I just can’t handle any adrenaline-y things since the menopause. I just get wiped out, sometimes for days. Exhausted and despairing.

@kdfrawg Yes. It can also help you do things better. It’s tricky. Mind you, I don’t really want to do very formal calligraphy. Learning to use your pen or brush, and how to get the effects you want still needs practice though.
